Okay so I got to asking a lot of people about what they think it takes to be happy.
To be happy you can:
Make friends
Listen to music
go out drinking
smoke da ganja
talk to friends
play music
play games
sleep well
have 3 good meals a day
go on a walk or two
eat chocolate
watch films
write a book or diary
have some alone time
let your feelings out
get over your fears and doubts
pray
draw something
write poetry
take part in an activity
work
have a holiday
reminisce
exercise
take up a hobby
spend some time with a loved one
I'll probably update this as I go. But I think it's a nice addition to our stockpiles :)
